Since 2003, WiteKite has worked to develop niche skills to create engaging brands for major sporting, event and destination clients.

Over time, our team has grown and so has our client list. From our main studio in Sydney, we've worked across the globe on major event and sporting brands from cultural events to World Cups and we’re busy continuing to create icons not only in events and sports but also in place and personality branding as well as many other sectors.

We are totally focussed on working closely with our clients to produce world-class design solutions that achieve results that work for both project and brand.

Like helping Australia host the AFC Asian Cup.

Or branding multiple Rugby World Cups – 2003 Australia, 2007 France, 2011 New Zealand and 2015 England.

img2

Delivering the Cricket World Cup 2011 brand to millions of fans across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the world.

Unifying and revitalising the entire NRL brand.

img2

Developing Licensing Artpacks and product ranges for events, sports and places around the world from the Sydney Opera House to Wimbledon, the Australian Open, FIFA World Cups and The Peak in Hong Kong.

And helping to host and stage the FIFA Congress in Sydney.

We aspire to remain a small core team; nimble and accountable - supported by an army of highly specialised consultants and partners that assist on specific project needs.

That's our story. We'd love to hear from you if you think we might be able to help, or if you want to join us.

WiteKite worked with the Sydney Opera House Licensing agent to design, develop and produce a full range of merchandise for the Sydney Opera House Stores. We delivered all the product ideas and designs as well as a range plan, licensing artpack, all the packaging and instore graphics.

Creating and delivering brand and design work for licensing programs is one of our areas expertise.

We had been fortunate to work with FIFA on Licensing Artpacks and the Women’s World Cup in Germany 2011. We were thrilled to be given the opportunity to develop and deliver all the event branding, dressing and collateral for the FIFA Congress at Sydney Opera House and Hordern Pavilion. It was great to be able to show the world leaders in football the capability of Australians to deliver world-class events from all aspects, including event branding and design.

“We are ready to fly! Your branding is stunning.” Martin Snedden, CEO, RWC 2011.

Since 2001 we have been honoured to work with the IRB, RWC Ltd and IMG to deliver the event branding for four consecutive Rugby World Cup Tournaments. Working with our client and friends we constantly strived to build the brand and add layers to help create recognition, strength and value. To see how the brand has blossomed over this time and the position it now commands on the world sporting and brand stage is one of our greatest achievements.

“My name is Karen and I live in Mumbai, India… a Cricket Crazy Country!
I read online that the current logo was designed by your firm. I think it is gorgeous, vibrant and absolutely captures the essence of the World Cup! I have attached a picture of a cake I did yesterday for a cricket crazy seven year old friend. Thanks for the inspiration!”Karen

After an intensive research and concept development process WiteKite won the pitch to work with the ICC team to create the CWC 2011 event brand and identity. In the four years leading up to the event we delivered all branding guidelines and assets including look & feel, mascot, broadcast graphics and animation packages, commercial branding, licensing and all venue dressing. To see this brand come to life in a country that is literally crazy about cricket was one of the most rewarding and challenging projects we have ever worked on.

“I was very impressed with your recommendations. The brand is in good hands.” Ian Elliott, ARL Commissioner

Working closely with the ARL Commission in 2011 we were given the opportunity to help recraft the Rugby League brand from grassroots to elite levels, governance and State Leagues. We worked across every part of the brand to help galvanise the business under one brand in which each piece worked together whilst retaining its own purpose and equity. It was one of the most amazing experiences to see an entire sport/code bind together and embrace the new strategy to help deliver the new era of Rugby League in Australia. WiteKite remains part of their NRL brand and marketing team, constantly striving to improve and strengthen this great brand.
